Exploring World Heritage sites in Thailand from central to north. Learn Thai culture and Experience at elephant camp
Day1 : Bangkok â€“ Ayuthaya (Breakfast, Lunch)
Pick up at hotel in Bangkok or airport.
Depart to visit Bang Pa In (Summer
Palace) rebuilt in European style for King Rama V. Then visit several
temples in Ayutthaya.
Wat Mongkhol Bophit, a single late Ayutthaya Wiharn built to house the 15th Century Phra Mongkol Bophit, a huge bronze Buddha statue. After the rebuilding of the wiharn the great bronze statue was entirely covered with gold leaf to give it its current splend. Then visit Wat Phra Sri Sanphet, built in 1448 A.D.
A principal Wiharn (worship hall) was built in 1499 and, in 1500, King Ramathibodi II ordered the casting of a standing Buddha image 16 meters high and covered with gold. This image was called Phra Buddha Chao Si Sanphet and was the main object of veneration in the royal Wiharn. From that time, the remains of all royal family members were placed in small chedis built for that purpose on the site.

Day2 : Ayuthaya -Kampaengphet- Sukhothai (Breakfast,Lunch)
After breakfast, depart
from hotel to Kampaengphet. Make
stop at Khao Nor to visit a local temple where thousands of wild monkey
live. Feeding them and taking pictures is a memorable experience. And continue driving
to visit Kampaengphet Historical Park,once housing Emerald Buddha.
Then proceed to Sukhothai Historical Park. Having gained recognition as a UNESCO World Heritage site in 1991, the Sukhothai Historical Park is situated at the actual site of the ancient kingdom, with many of the important ruins located within the Royal City in the middle of the entire layout. Ruins of royal palace, temples, city walls, moats, dams, ditches and other infrastructures have been well preserved and constantly restored to display the magnificent beauty of Thailandâ€™s cultural heritage.
We will visit Wat Maha That, the gallery of 200 stupas, Wat Sri Sawai(Jemer influence), Wat Sra Si (waliking Buddha) and Wat Sri Chum (the biggest Buddha).
Overnight at Legendha Sukhothai.
Day3 : Sukhothai-Sri Satchanalai-Lampang -Chiangmai ( Breakfast,Lunch )
Breakfast in the hotel.
Leave from hotel for a visit Sri
Satchanalai,a district of Sukhothai. It was a secondary town of Sukhothai
kingdom where you will see many ruins and temples of Sukhothai style with elephants
surroundings the base of pagoda at Wat Chang Lom. Enjoy taking photos of
Wat Cedi Jed Theaw,a collection of varies style of pagoda in seven rows.
Seeing valuable features influenced by
Khamer,Mon,Burmese,Lanna culture and Sukhothai architecture. Proceed to Phrea for a visit Burmese Reclining Buddha before a stop at Wat Phra That Lampang Luang of 15th century. The temple has its repuration of 45 meter tall Lanna style pagoda and teak building of hundred years. The stairway is flanked by two Naga (mythycal guardian) leading to main Wiharn (meeting hall).
Then drive to Chiangmai with a stop at local fresh market to observe local trade of food such as insect,bamboo shoot,fish,mushroom etc.

Day4 -Chiangmai (Breakfast,Lunch )
Visit the largest central market called "Warorot Market" (Kad Luang) where you can buy local products at a reasonable price. Then take a â€œSamlorâ€œ (trishaw) ride along Thapae Road down though the Old City Walls and visit to â€œWat Phra Singhâ€, built by King Pha Yu to house the bones of his father King Kam Fu. The temple contains marvelous examples of Lanna art including a Lanna style viharn, "Viharn Lai Kham" and the finest small scripture repository of its type in the north.
Continue to visit Chiang Mai the most sacred temple, Wat Phrathat Doi Suthep. This temple was built in 1383. It is located on the mountain at 3,500 feet above sea level. See the marvelous golden pagoda, which is containing the holy relics of Lord Buddha. This temple and its golden Chedi attract Buddhist pilgrims from all over the world throughout a year. You can enjoy the panoramic view of Chiang Mai City and Ping valley from the summit of Doi Suthep. Wat Phrathat Doi Suthep is approached on foot by climbing a steep 306 stairway flanked by tremendous mythical Nagas, which symbolize humanity's progress from earth into nirvana.

Day5 - Elephant Interaction and riding bareback (Breakfast,Lunch )
6.30 a.m.Pick up at hotel and transfer to Elephant Rescue Park for having great experience interaction with lovely elephants. After 1 hour drive,we change the cloth to mahout outfit and lecture. Then you will feed them with bananas,greet them with Thai Wai,walk with them and ride them bareback up hill.On the way,you will obseve their behavior. Then you will bathe and wash them in the pool.
After changing cloth,we continue to have a delicious lunch at Orchid Farm (buffet) .Visit Orchid farm to see a large collection of more than 50 different types of colorful exotic year-round-bloom orchids. Then a stop at Tiger Kingdom for shooting photos with the big cats (tickets by your own)
Return to hotel or drop you off at Chiang Mai Airport.
